Specialists - a special system of teams of professionals that is supposed to help the player in Market Dominion. You can access the Specialists menu in the game via User Interface (by the icon in the right bottom corner).

| Negotiators | Negotiators help your company spread in states that have a different economic
system than your starting one by lowering the negative modifier effect. |
| Ship Cargo Team | Ship Cargo Team increases the chance that your company will launch a free ship
to a new state and and start spreading there. |
| Researchers | This team lowers the upgrade level requirements for all other Specialists by
making research on all activities within your company. |

- While starting with 'Perfect Advertisement' modifier, all the Upgrades cost 10% less.
- While starting with 'Enterprising Company' modifier, you need 10% less Experience to get a new Level.
- While starting with 'Standard Company' modifier, you need 5% less Experience to get a new Level.
- While starting with 'Foreign Business' modifier, all the Upgrades cost 10% more to balance the bonus starting location.
- If you pick the first option in the 'Treaty of Lisbon' event, all the companies with home state in European Union (which is a requirement to even fire an event) will have Upgrades cost reduced by 20%, as well as required Experience reduced by 10%.
- If you pick the first option in the 'Eurasian Economic Union Founded' event, all the companies with home state within Eurasian Economic Union (which is a requirement to even fire an event) will have Upgrades cost reduced by 20%, as well as required Experience reduced by 10%.
- There are some other events that either decrease or increase the cost of Upgrades and Experience required, for example '1973 Oil Crisis' or 'ISO Expansion' events series.
